Too much water to cover well
I have recently started painting on wood boards, and wanted to have a cheaper solution than my thicker canvas acrylics. The paint flows well, and spreads evenly, but I find that on a wood board I have to coat the surfaces twice to get a real solid cover, with ample drying time and that I wasn't expecting. Because their fluidity they also easily splatter, so be aware.
