Awful everything
The glue gun does not get hot enough to melt the glue sticks all the way. I tried waiting 15 minutes before using it and it was still not melting.

Terrible product
Item doesn’t have detailed instructions. Glue doesn’t come out and instructions don’t provide information on what to do if glue isn’t dispensed when squeezing the trigger. The glue gun doesn’t have an on/off switch. Not happy with this product. Will be returning and hope Micheal’s accepts the return.

The product was very expensive
I purchased a glue gun and glue sticks separately for $6, to later found both in one package at Walmart for less then $3.

Useless!
This is the worst glue gun I have ever owned. The glue when it does come out give you a glop not a nice line. When you push the trigger it does not allow you to draw a line of glue but a single gout of glue causing a mess.

This gun did not work.
It would not push the glue out. (I have no idea where it went) I manually pushed two glue sticks through and only a little drop of glue came out. That's what you get when you buy cheap!
