+ How fast will my order ship?
Normal order processing can take between 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
+ Will you send me a tracking number for my order?
Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Additionally, you can track your order by clicking here.
+ What are your shipping rates?

+ How long will it take my order to arrive?
The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (5 – 7 business days), Ship to Store (5 – 7 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). For full details on shipping methods clicking here.
+ Some of my items were damaged in shipping. What do I do?

+ Can I change the shipping address on my order after it has been placed?
Please contact Customer Care at 1-800-MICHAELS (1-800-642-4235) to see the current status and if it is able to be cancelled or edited.
+ Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO?
We can ship to a P.O. Box. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to an APO or FPO at this time.
+ What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship strictly within the Continental United States. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Returns and Refunds
+ I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to a Michaels store or by mail. If you want to return an item by mail, follow the steps below:
  1. Call Customer Care at 1-800-MICHAELS (1-800-642-4235).
  2. Our agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email.
  3. Print the return label and adhere it to your package.
  4. Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS location.

+ How long do I have to return an item?
If your Michaels purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within six months (180 days) of purchase.
+ Can I return an item purchased on michaelsweddings.com to a Michaels store?
Yes. You can bring items purchased on michaelsweddings.com to any U.S. Michaels store for a full refund with your receipt.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Michaels gift cards for online purchases. Cash, checks, Michaels gift cards and all major credit cards are accepted for in-store purchases.
+ Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Unfortunately, michaels.com is not able to process purchases that are tax exempt at this time.
+ What currency are prices in?
All prices listed on michaelsweddings.com are in USD currency.
